1. how is your gas mileage in the city with aggressive boosting? Very low, but I don't measure... because if I'm boosting that much I accept the consequences. 2. do you feel a difference between sport/touring? honestly, can't really distinguish the two.Dunno, converted NA>TT here. 3. is it safe to say that i don't have a significant boost leak if i'm hitting close to 14psi and holding it strong? Correcto, but investing in a boost leak tester is never a bad idea. 4. the z came installed with an hks turbo timer. is 30sec sufficient or should i keep it a full minute? Still need to get a timer myself; one minute+ seems to be the overall response though, if you're not boosting right until you park. 5. will i get more power with a boost controller if i'm already hitting close to 14psi? a tick below the 14 mark. AFAIK, an EBC will hold the boost more consistantly and also have less chance of spiking like boost jets or a MBC would. 6. how much of a difference in feel with aftermarket intercoolers? what about aftermarket exhaust? No experience with aftermarket IC's, and I went to a full exhaust on a TT all at once without ever feeling a stock setup. 7. bov. what's your fav? Stock Recirc's. :)
